A few years back a group of musician friends with a love for Irish music and beer were talking. They couldn't think of a better way to enjoy both than by forming an Irish Band. Not just limited to traditional or modern Irish music, Pipers Folly performs a wide mix of old favorites and new (meaning a little rowdy and a little dirty) authentic Celtic music. Banjo, Flute, Accordion, Mandolin, Guitar, Bodhram (Irish hand drum), and Bag Pipes makes for a rich familiar sound added to the 3 and 4 part harmonies from the boys. You really need to experience Piper’s Folly live. Always telling stories, joking with each other and the audience, and even inviting audience participation, this band is more a show than just a musical performance.

2020 was not a great year for live music performances but Piper’s Folly is really looking forward to 2021. Life is slowly returning to normal this Spring and early Summer. Celtic music is best described as a type of folk music with a distinctive music and lyrics.
